48 hours and 12 inches later, we are warm, safe and happy. We never lost power or heat. We didn't even run out of milk, toilet paper or Doritos. The kids' cheeks are pink and the fireplace is crackling. Three cheers for Mother Nature.

Mack is watching over my shoulder and is extremely jealous. He wants to snowboard so BAD.
That actually looks almost kind of fun. Actually, it's pouring rain here and freezing. It might as well be snow. At least snow is fun.

Happy to hear you had all the essentials especially the Doritos. Great pictures!! Are you ready to do it all again tomorrow?? We have loved the snow days around here. Stayed inside today after playing yesterday. Too cold. I think we'll have to head out early tomorrow though before we get snowed back in again tomorrow night.
