The Final Straw

Clearly the men in my life are not meant to ride bicycles.
As if this, this and this weren't proof enough...
Doesn't it break your heart?
Santa's bringing training wheels for everyone this year.

OH MY GOSH! That looks like it hurts! I love his funny little look. Like... "what, this? Ah, it's nothing!"

It does break my heart! So sad looking but yet so sweet.

Let me get this straight, your preschooler is trying to ride without training wheels?

Sounds like my preschooler.

Oh wait. He isn't in preschool anymore, huh?

That extra puffy face makes him look two again.

It looks like a mug shot. Poor little Love Machine. Definitely keep those men in your family off the bikes.

Yikes. The apple doesn't fall very far from the dad tree, does it? Time for them to take up swimming or something :)

Oh, poor little guy-he is still so handsome though. At least it's not boring at your house!

Oh, that is a bad one, poor thing.

Oh Sam!!! I hope it's school picture time because that shiner would be AWESOME!!!

We know as mothers of some boys, the pain is all worth it when you can look that cool!

Oh my! What a sweet little face.

That is heart breaking, for sure! That cute little face, all swollen and bruised. Poor little guy! But someday, he is going to think that is the coolest picture.

I can't even look at that picture, my heart is aching! He even looks cute with a shiner.

Oh, my...it does, indeed, break my heart.

I am glad it was a bike and the self-proclaimed, "Hurt Machine" didn't take it to the little Love Machine.

I only said that because fisticuffs *ahem* may or may not happen frequently at my house.

I have to mention that when I saw the picture of Pete on your last post I thought to myself, "Awww, Pete was the brother that was the victim of the in hit and run." It was so great to see that he is okay (although, I bet that there is a lot of residual pain) and has a sweet baby boy, now.

Oh OUCH!

Ouch! I hope that shiner heals up soon.

I'm collecting lost favorite blog links. And catching up on what's been happening. :)
