You Might Be The Middle Child If..

Your birthday post is two weeks overdue.

And it is being rolled into one with your baptism post.

Your mom looks stressed in every photo because the bag with all your dry clothes, towel and extra undies was left at home.

Plus, you know that traditional baptism shot of father and child looking pure and happy, all dressed in white? Sorry, didn't happen.

On the other hand...

You might be the favorite daughter if..

you are whisked away for a night on the town.

You get to stay up wayyyyy past bedtime.

Your grandmothers come to your Valentine party.

Your grandfathers watch you play ball.

Everyone thinks you are the prettiest, smartest, and sweetest girl around.

Because, of course, you are.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BAPTISM, HAPPY VALENTINE'S TOO.
WE DIDN'T FORGET, EM. WE'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!

Congratulations to Emmie. Cute post. I didn't miss the father/son shot at my Paul's baptism, but I took one of the most horrible pictures ever for a photographer! I accidently had the flash turned off and it turned out really weird colored and could only be slightly improved with photoshop. Win some, lose some.
Emmie is a doll.

What a sweet girl (she really is a doll)! Looks like she had fun celebrations.

Now, quickly delete the post and she'll NEVER know what didn't happen.

ah yes. the middle child syndrome. although frankly, it does not appear to me that the child is wanting for affection. so you are doing just fine.

Looks like she is loved none the less and you don't look a bit stressed. Leaving the dry bag home is stressfull though. Happy Belated to your splendid middle child!

Em will always have that special spot of only girl. You need not fear. Plus, with Broadway and doting grandparents? One can hardly think she would be forgotten.

P.S. LOVE the new red specs. Looking hot!

She's a beauty! I too, am the middle child of 5 girls, born the day after Christmas, on my parents 5th wedding anniversay! Sometimes I don't even remember my birthday as well as anyone else!

That is so neat that she got to have a night on the town with you. Staying up way past bedtime is always the greatest...unless you are me.

What a beautiful girl! I know she had a wondeful time at each special event.

Love the dress. I understand the chaos. My son was baptized on the 15th and we have the picture of him in his suit. No white for us either. Happy Birthday to Em. And WOW on being baptized.
