He can have his sweaty bike rides, sore muscles & sharing a bathroom with 5 guys...
I'll take dressing up, eating out and chatting with the ladies any day.
But, boy, we were sure glad to get him home in one piece...
My story...past, present and future!

THANK GOODNESS he didn't have a repeat. And I'm with you, I'll take the ladies version hands down.
As much as I hate to admit it (or see him go) guys weekends are just as important. But I'm all for the dressing up version!
Yeah, but did they have flowered name tags and place cards??
Boy-apalooza? Mud-apalooza? Slime-apalooza? Moto-palooza?
Good, clean fun!
I'll take your version, too.
Don't you love the contrast between man and woman.
I'm so glad I"m a girl.
How fun for him! We all need to get away sometimes. Good for you for letting him go after his accident.
Male bonding, burping, scratching and grunting...they can have it!
So glad he had a good time and made it home in one piece.
I'll take the girls' version, too, please. But that's so great you both got your own getaways!
I love dressing up and chatting-- but that looks SO fun too!
so. no hospitalization this time? where's the drama?
Yeah, having him home in one piece is definately a good thing :)
I bet they didn't have fabulous give-aways where he spent his version of blogapalooza, though ;)
Ah, I would be even more thankful that I didn't have to go with him.
I bet he would say the same about blogapalooza too.
Glad he had fun and stayed intact. I'm with you though, ladies plan much, much better get togethers. Our spandex is worn under our clothes too. ;)
So glad he made it home in one piece! I'd much prefer your version of hanging out with friends too. I loved seeing you and your cute kids!! What a cute mom you are!! Thanks for showing us such a good time - you are the hostess with the mostess!
