The Brown Family

This would have been our family Christmas card this year...if the oldest had not been so obviously ill and the youngest not making secret gang signs at the photographer. Please feel free to print and frame. Merry Christmas!

Your gang sign comment (and the corresponding offender) made me laugh out loud :). Thanks for sharing it. You look great in it though!

Gotta love boys. I had no idea you had a little gangsta in your "gang." Good protection.

Now give it to me straight. I'm expecting #4 in June. Will it drive me over the edge, or is it no more chaos that three kids? Level with me.

LOVE the brown photo. Hannah told me the other day that I wear too much brown. I say not.

Go gangsta!

Nothing says 'Merry Christmas' like gang signs.

That is so funny. You know those gangsters are going after kids younger and younger these days.

You are too funny!!! I thought it was cute. Who would have thought that was a secret signal? Hmmm... I'm so not hip.

The gang sings. Killer pic of that and that you caught he was making them. It still would have been a great Christmas card; especially had you told people what you just told us.

Actually #1 looks like many of us felt just before Christmas!

I hate it when people's Christmas cards are all perfecty and phony. Give me a break. Yours is great. Someday I am going to send one out with someone picking their nose.

So is he a "Blood" or a "Crip" or is that just the universal gang sign for, "I'm packin' heat"?

Seriously, I really like the picture :)

The gang sign is awesome. So is the picture.
My 3 year old who is still not potty trained and has difficulty speaking coherently, started making some difficult to make gang signs at 1.5. She would curl her ring fingers around her middle fingers, kind of K-fedish. I decided she needed to focus on other talents for the safety of our family (I didn't want to get shot while traveling on the west side of the city). She has moved on to safe sign language so I think we are OK.
